Terms of Service

All prices quoted are estimates based on the file and specifications provided. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes after file review.

A written or verbal quote is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (30–50% depending on the project).

We reserve the right to refuse orders that are technically infeasible or outside our area of expertise.

A deposit of 30–50% of the total order value is required before production begins.

The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery or pickup.

We accept cash and bank transfer.

Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Standard lead time is 1–3 working days from the date of deposit payment.

Express orders may be available for an additional fee — please inquire at the time of ordering.

Timelines may be affected by material availability or file complexity. We will notify you of any changes promptly.

The customer is responsible for ensuring their design file is correct before approving production.

We will flag obvious file issues before cutting, but we are not responsible for errors in files approved by the customer.

We recommend using our file preview tool to check your design before submitting.

Design changes requested after production has begun may incur additional charges and extend the lead time.

Cancellations made before production begins will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations after production has begun are subject to forfeiture of the deposit.

We will communicate openly about any issues that arise during production.

Delivery within Da Nang is available. Delivery fees may apply.

Items must be collected within 30 days of completion notification. Storage fees may apply after this period.

lesan is not responsible for damage that occurs during customer-arranged transport.

We inspect all orders before shipment. If there are production defects, we will redo the work at no charge.

This guarantee covers defects caused by our machines or operators, not by file errors approved by the customer.

Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
