You can place an order by contacting us via phone, Zalo, Facebook, or by visiting us in person.

For laser cutting or engraving, please provide your design file (DXF, SVG, AI, or PDF).

Custom orders require file confirmation and material selection before production begins.

Please let us know of any special requirements at the time of ordering.

A deposit of 30–50% is required to confirm your order.

Final payment is due upon completion of the work.

We accept cash and bank transfer (QR code available).

Receipts are provided upon request.

We offer a range of standard and premium materials from our stock.

Customers may supply their own material — we will advise on suitability before cutting.

We are not responsible for the quality or performance of customer-supplied materials.

Delivery within Da Nang is available for all orders.

Delivery fees will be quoted in advance.

We are not responsible for damage that occurs during customer-arranged transport or after delivery is complete.

We maintain a professional and respectful working environment.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful to our staff.

Customer information and design files are used only to process orders and communicate about your project.

We do not share your personal information or files with third parties.

Full payment of the remaining balance is required before items are released for pickup or delivery.
